Across is the shape of an assessment. Down is every company you have opened. A filled cell is a row that exists. This is the whole of it — there is no weighting behind the grid and no total under it.

On the dashed cells. Rejected and watchlist are terminal values in om_decision_status, not stalls. Drawing a company you deliberately walked away from as a row of holes would turn this page into a prompt to go finish work you were right to stop — the one thing a progress surface must never do. A stop is drawn as a stop.

Every risk you record is filed under one of the ten categories in om_dynamic_risk_category. This shows which of those you have reached for, and how many recorded risk versions sit under each.

Six of ten is not sixty per cent of anything. The ten are a vocabulary, not a target. A freight business may have nothing real to record under balance sheet, and recording something there to fill the row would make your register worse, not better. There is no ring, no bar and no completion figure here for exactly that reason — the unused four are shown so you can notice a blind spot, not so you can clear them.

Coverage includes work you accepted from a specialist. A say-do read only becomes part of your record once you accept it — om_executive_resolution_status holds pending, accepted, edited and ignored, and only the middle two land here.
